We relied on this catering based only on the reviews we read and I must say that it did not disappoint us, indeed! Days later our guests are still complimenting us for the excellent food (varied and plentiful), the impeccable service and the presentation of the dishes and fabulous buffet!

Eventi a venezia
Simone Crestani aveva solo 15 anni quando iniziò la sua formazione nella bottega del suo vicino Massimo Lunardon, che era un maestro vetraio. Cercava un lavoro estivo che gli permettesse di guadagnare un po’ di soldi, ma nel giro di un paio di settimane decise di lasciare la scuola e dedicarsi a questo mestiere. Oggi, ancora trentenne, Crestani è riconosciuto a livello internazionale come uno degli artigiani più eccezionali della sua generazione, le cui opere sono state esposte in numerose mostre in tutto il mondo. Per lui, ricevere il premio Talent du Luxe nel 2018 è stato “il modo perfetto per celebrare il mio ‘coming of age’ nel mondo professionale”.
Nel 2006, quando lavoravo ancora nel laboratorio di Lunardon, ho creato il mio primo progetto, una serie di bicchieri da vino che giocavano con l’immagine di un bonsai. Il gallerista Jean Blanchaert mi ha chiesto di sviluppare il concetto e, nel 2008, ha ospitato la mia prima mostra personale nella sua galleria milanese.
È stato sviluppato negli anni ’60 da Giovanni Parise, un artigiano veneto che si è trasferito in Germania per lavorare in una fabbrica che produceva provette e strumenti in vetro per l’industria medica. Quando tornò in Italia, combinò queste tecniche con le abilità tradizionali dei vetrai di Murano.
