The limits of the zoning plan limited our interventions as the land was in an area designated for agriculture, but within those limits a beautiful, solid and functional house that houses three families still came to life.
To create balance we designed a wide staircase that leads to the main entrance. The entrance has windows on both sides that are considered the “eyes” of the house and make it bright and welcoming. In this work the clients contacted us from the beginning, so we could adopt all the powerful rules of Vastu, such as orientation, correct measurements and proportions.
We kept the central part of the house open and placed the rooms in their respective positive energy quadrants considering the five elements (earth, water, fire, air and space), and placed the front door and windows in the best areas.
